I am a therapist and social worker registered with the BC College of Social Workers. Using a variety of skills and interventions, I support individuals and couples in understanding and managing their mental health, relationships and experiences. I have experience working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma and disordered eating.
Working from a strengths-based and holistic perspective, I work collaboratively with clients in assisting them to identify where they might be struggling, what changes they would like to make and develop a treatment plan that aligns with their beliefs and needs.
I am a mother to three young adults and have lived in the Comox Valley for the last 10 years enjoying the sites and experiences that come with living in such an incredible place.
