About Me

carrie
I am a therapist and social worker registered with the BC College of Social Workers. Using a variety of skills and interventions, I support individuals, couples and families in understanding and managing their mental health, relationships and experiences. I have experience working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma and disordered eating.

Working from a strengths-based and holistic perspective, I work collaboratively with clients in assisting them to identify where they might be struggling, what changes they would like to make and develop a treatment plan that aligns with their beliefs and needs.

I am a mother to three teenagers and have lived in the Comox Valley for the last 9 years enjoying the sites and experiences that come with living in such an incredible place.
