As a registered clinical social worker with the BC College of Social Workers, I offer a range of therapeutic approaches to help individuals navigate their mental health, relationships, and life experiences. With expertise in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and disordered eating, I work collaboratively with clients to promote healing and personal growth.
Using an experiential and holistic approach, I provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their experiences, identify desired changes, and help create a treatment plan that aligns with their values and needs.
I am a mother to three young adults, and I have lived in the Comox Valley for the last 16 years enjoying the sights and experiences that come with living in such an incredible place.
